Great Blu-Ray player
I have had this player for several months now. It has worked with every Blu-Ray disc that I have played in it. It does everything that a person could need.

Great player
I got it for free in a combo deal with my 52″ TV right before Christmas. Only used it a couple of times and the quality is the best and ease of use was great too.

Great player
for a very good price
I have owned this blu-ray player for 6 months now and have never had a problem. It has a very neat look, and plays blu-ray as well as DVDs.

Own both the BPD-S550 and S-350, and both are great
I have both the BDP-S350 and BPD-S550. The 550 runs my main TV & audio system, which is why having 7.1 analog channels is important for me.

Not worth it!
We have always had trouble with this since we bought it. It takes about 10 minutes to play a movie because it takes forever to run the movie.

Still not worth the price
While I’m sure the 1080p picture, HD sound, etc is all well and good but where’s the usual features from normal DVD players?

Four Star Product, Five Star Delivery
As others have noted, the set-up on this product is very easy. I was playing a Blueray disc in about 10 minutes after opening the box.

many bugs; not ready for release
When it works, this player is fine. Often though, it simply refuses to play disks, and tries to update, which takes forever and rarely works properly at first.
